By downloading, installing, or using the GolfGo mobile application ("App"), operated by GolfGo, a subsidiary of GetCallerId, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

GolfGo, operated by GetCallerId, LLC, is a mobile application designed to help golf enthusiasts practice their swing, track their progress, participate in challenges, and win prizes. The App uses your device's sensors to analyze your golf swing and provide feedback for improvement.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One account per person - multiple accounts are not permitted

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. SMS Authentication

By providing your mobile phone number, you agree that GolfGo may send you text messages (SMS) for authentication and account access purposes (e.g., login codes). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary based on your use of the service. You can opt out of receiving SMS by replying STOP to any message, but this may prevent you from accessing your account via SMS authentication. 5. Acceptable Use

When using GolfGo, you agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App's security
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Manipulate or cheat in contests or challenges

By submitting content to GolfGo (including swing data, scores, and profile information), you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and analyze your content
• Confirm that you own or have the right to share the content
• Understand that your progress and achievements may be visible to other users

Your use of our App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using GolfGo, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the GolfGo App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of GetCallerId, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETCALLERID, LLC AND GOLFGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
